لا نجمع أي معلومات مالية أو بيانات بطاقات دفع — الدفع يتم نقدًا أو بطرق تُدار خارج التطبيق حاليًا.
بالنسبة لسائقي التوصيل، نجمع الاسم ورقم الهاتف والموقع الجغرافي اللحظي أثناء تفعيل وضعية "على الخط"، وذلك فقط لغرض تنسيق التوصيل وعرض موقع السائق للزبون والإدارة أثناء تنفيذ الطلب.
نخزّن بياناتك على خوادم Google Firebase مع قواعد وصول تمنع أي جهة غير مخوّلة من قراءتها أو تعديلها. حسابات الإدارة والموظفين محمية بأنظمة تحقق مستقلة لكل حساب.
يمكنك في أي وقت طلب حذف حسابك وكل البيانات المرتبطة به (الاسم، الهاتف، العنوان، سجل الطلبات) بشكل كامل ونهائي، من دون الحاجة لإعادة فتح التطبيق، وذلك بالتواصل معنا مباشرة عبر القنوات أدناه. يتم تنفيذ الحذف خلال أيام قليلة من استلام الطلب.
تطبيق Delivo مخصص للاستخدام العام وغير موجّه للأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات من هذه الفئة العمرية.

At Delivo, we respect your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you use the Delivo app or website, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can control or delete it.

We do not collect financial or payment-card data — payment is currently handled in cash or via methods outside the app.
For delivery drivers, we collect name, phone number, and real-time location while "online" mode is active, solely to coordinate deliveries and show the driver's location to the customer and admin during an active order.
Your data is stored on Google Firebase servers with access rules that prevent unauthorized reading or modification. Admin and employee accounts are protected by independent per-account authentication.
You can request full and permanent deletion of your account and all associated data (name, phone, address, order history) at any time, without needing to reopen the app, by contacting us directly through the channels below. Deletion is completed within a few days of your request.
Delivo is intended for general use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from this age group.
We may update this page from time to time to reflect changes in our services. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent version.
